Ahead of the SUÖ÷²¥ÓÕ»ó 2024 Elections, on Monday 4 March candidates were announced on the SUÖ÷²¥ÓÕ»ó social media channels.
Each candidate will be campaigning over the next week about why they should get your vote. Look out for the candidates and their supporters, and make sure you use your voice to decide who you want to represent you.
This year there are four full-time roles up for grabs, plus five NUS Delegate roles to attend the National Conference:
- President
- Vice-President Education
- Vice-President Student Opportunities
- Vice-President Welfare & Community
- NUS Delegates - to run for this role, the applicant will need to be able to attend a conference in Blackpool between 17-18 April 2024).
You will be able to cast your vote in person at Talbot and Lansdowne Campus between Monday 11 March and Friday 15 March, 10am – 4pm. Students that choose to vote in person will have the opportunity to win prizes, freebies or a meet a greet a special mystery guest (including alpacas and dogs!)
If you are based at Yeovil and Portsmouth Campus or are unable to vote in person during the election, we encourage you to vote online on the between Monday 11 March – Thursday 14 March, 4pm and 8pm.
