IT Services support will be delivered with reduced staff numbers on Thursday 6 July due to听staff training.听
Whilst the team are off-site the following services will be unavailable for both students and staff:听
- Onsite support at both Talbot and Lansdowne campuses听
- Chat services听
How can you contact us?听
- The IT Service Desk phone lines will continue to be open although there will be a limited service.听
- Calls can still be logged online via the IT Service Desk, but they will not be picked up until the following day - Friday 7 July.听
For urgent support, please contact the IT Service Desk in the normal way and this will be escalated accordingly.听
