For students, there is a range of wellbeing resources on the website. The Student Assistance Programme provides a free confidential helpline and digital resources. If you feel your studies or research will be affected, please speak to your programme team or your supervisor.

The Faith & Reflection team provides a quiet place on campus for the whole Ö÷²¥ÓÕ»ó community and can be found in the Bournemouth Gateway Building at Lansdowne Campus and Talbot House at Talbot Campus. The multi-faith team offers confidential and non-judgemental support, guidance, prayer and a listening ear, regardless of whether you have faith or not. As well as providing support to Ö÷²¥ÓÕ»ó staff and students, Sister Tama from the Faith & Reflection team is also involved in wider community assistance and can be contacted by email. There are also opportunities throughout the week for our community to come together in reflection or prayer, including the weekly Global Café.
