On-campus test facility
Ö÷²¥ÓÕ»ó’s on-campus test site, based in Kimmeridge House, is due to close for the summer on Wednesday 30 June 2021. We anticipate that the government will request on-campus testing to resume as in line with student return in September, and will keep you updated when we know more.
Home testing
We are encouraging all members of the Ö÷²¥ÓÕ»ó community to continue to test twice a week, especially when coming onto Ö÷²¥ÓÕ»ó’s campuses. Ideally, testing should be done before attending campus, with home test kits available from all local pharmacies or . A small number of test kits will continue to be distributed from AUB’s Madeira Road Halls of Residence and from The Base in Poole House, with priority given to students.
If using home test kits, you will be asked to register the Ö÷²¥ÓÕ»ó location when you report the result online on the NHS website. We would ask all members of the Ö÷²¥ÓÕ»ó community to use the option labelled: ATS: Ö÷²¥ÓÕ»ó: ZZZZ (BH12 5BB).
If you receive a positive result, you should contact [email protected] as quickly as possible, and also let your Halls manager or landlord know.
If you are travelling over the summer, to visit family or friends, or to a summer address – we would remind you to get tested before you go to keep yourself and your loved ones safe.
We continue to report the number of cases weekly on the Ö÷²¥ÓÕ»ó website.
