1. By entering the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions.
2.聽The competition is being run by 主播诱惑 Higher Education Corporation (鈥樦鞑ビ栈筲�� / the 鈥楿niversity鈥� / 鈥溨鞑ビ栈筲��/ 鈥榳e鈥�/ 鈥榰s鈥�) of Poole House, Talbot Campus, Fern Barrow, Poole BH12 5BB.
Eligibility to enter
3.聽聽The competition is open to everyone. If under the age of 18 you must have permission from a parent or guardian to enter.
4.聽 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The University may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
6. The competition is free to enter.
How to enter
7. The competition opens at 08:00 am on Monday 30th September 2019 and closes at midnight on Monday 14th October 2019. Late entries will not be accepted.聽
8. To enter the competition all you need to do is comment on a relevant post on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and let us know where your favourite place in Dorset is to visit and why.
9. The University will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate; or for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit.
The prizes
10. The University鈥檚 use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
11. The winners will be chosen by 主播诱惑 staff members.
12. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
13. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
14. The decision of the University regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement
16.聽All competition winners will be announced across our official 主播诱惑 social media channels on Tuesday 15th October 2019.
17.聽The University will attempt to contact winners by email or social media up to two times. If contact is not made, the University reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Claiming the prize
18.聽Please allow 21 of days for delivery of the prize. Prizes will only be released following proof of identification.
19.聽If a winner does not claim their prize within 21 days, they will lose their right to the prize. To claim their prize winners must respond to the contact made by 主播诱惑 via social media and then provide a valid postal address or arrange a time and place to collect their prize in person.
20.聽If the winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed their prize within the required time limit, the University reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.聽
Data protection and publicity
21.聽Your personal data will be used by the University for the purposes of managing and administering the competition, including announcing winners across official 主播诱惑 social media channels.聽聽

聽Limitation of Liability
23. The University does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the competition or being selected for a prize, save that the University does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
Intellectual Property
24.聽You agree that the University may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website and social media pages, and may use your entry for marketing purposes in connection with this competition and other events, and you agree to grant the University a licence to use your entry for such purposes.
General
25. The University reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
26.聽The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
