Postgraduate taught students starting at Ö÷²¥ÓÕ»ó this September and January are being gifted a re-usable water bottle by last year’s postgraduate students. When they completed their Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey (PTES), we donated £1 for every completed survey to go towards sustainable water bottles.
The bottle is dishwasher safe, re-usable, BPA free and made from recycled materials. Plus, when it comes to the end of its life, the bottle is 100% recyclable and biodegradable - in case it accidentally ends up in a landfill!
If you're a new postgraduate student, you can collect your bottle from AskÖ÷²¥ÓÕ»ó at Talbot Campus at The Base in Poole House or AskÖ÷²¥ÓÕ»ó at Lansdowne Campus in Bournemouth House Library.
At Ö÷²¥ÓÕ»ó, sustainability is at the heart of what we do, embedded in our new that sets out what we want to achieve for the next seven years. We are also committed to playing our part to deliver the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals which you can read about on our website at .
We all know that single use plastic is causing a problem - it never breaks down and does immense harm to the environment. Cutting down on plastic is everyone’s responsibility and you can help do your bit by refilling your water bottle again and again, instead of buying a new bottle every time you’re thirsty - that's why you'll find free water refill points across Talbot and Lansdowne to fill up your bottle.Â
