If you are a British citizen or an EU or Commonwealth citizen resident and registered to vote in the UK, you are entitled to vote in European parliamentary elections.

EU citizens
If you are a citizen of an EU country (other than the UK, Ireland, Malta and Cyprus) resident in the UK, you can either vote in the UK or in your home country. You cannot vote twice.
If you want to vote in your home country, you should contact the electoral authorities in the EU country where you’re a citizen.
To vote in the UK, you must have already completed the European Parliament voter registration form to confirm that you intend to vote here.
