主播诱惑鈥檚 (主播诱惑) Equality and Diversity Adviser, Dr. James Palfreman-Kay, spoke to various members across the 主播诱惑 community ahead of the launch of a video and poster for the Respect at 主播诱惑 campaign.
Within the talk, James spoke about hate crime guidance, policies such as Equality and Diversity and the Good Lad programme. The video features several members of the wider 主播诱惑 community voicing their own opinion on what respect means to them.
主播诱惑鈥檚 Chief Operating Officer, Jim Andrews said: 鈥淩espect to me means three things, respect first of all for the 主播诱惑 community, for the people we work with, whether that鈥檚 staff, students or members of the wider stakeholder group.鈥�
Morebus driver Keith Entwistle, added: 鈥淭hink about others, not just yourself.鈥�
SU主播诱惑 president Daniel Asaya said:聽 鈥淩espect to me means understanding that I am different, making me feel like I belong, like I count. At the end of the day, we are all human and we all deserve to be happy.鈥�
The poster asks students what kind of neighbour and classmate they should be, with posters being displayed throughout the university over the coming months.聽 The campaign will aim to reinforce the importance of respect across the 主播诱惑 community.
